Project Description

This Public, Private, Partnership (P3) project extends existing Highway 407 24 km to the east in addition to adding a new north-south link connecting the extended 407 south to Highway 401. The project originates at Brock Road in Pickering, Ontario and terminates at Harmony Road in Oshawa, Ontario. JSE provided proposal plans and is performing the final design for the major sections of this P3 project constructed in a new alignment (greenfield land).

Services provided included: road design, bridge design, traffic design, plan review, construction engineering, ITS design, and hydraulic design for this complex, major new highway project.
