Reagan Memorial Tollway (I-88) Fox River Bridge (IL)

JSE provided design plans and calculations for the construction of the EB widening of I-88. JSE prepared all details required to construct this project including bridge plans, alignment plans, grading plans, traffic signal plans, landscaping plans, cross-sections, drainage plans, and maintenance of traffic details. The highlight of the project was the I-88 over Fox River Bridge. This is a 10-span bridge approximately 1340’ in length with the main spans (180’ in length each) composed of structural arch members supporting a prestressed beam superstructure.
